This year’s conference theme, “Access Equity Rights Now,” reflects an explicit commitment to reaching the most marginalized groups with prevention, treatment, and care; and to end human rights abuses and harmful laws and policies that prevent people from accessing services and fully participating in the global movement to end HIV.
